TP Transportable Homes are located in Deer Park ten minutes from the Melbourne CBD so you can come in and personally inspect some of the homes we have on offer.

Whether its an all year round holiday home you require for a caravan park or private lot, granny flat or re-locatable home, we can manufacture, transport and install a TP Transportable home for you.

TP transportable homes range from standard 1 to 3 bedroom homes but we can also help you design your very own personalized transportable home to suit your specific needs.

Once you have decided on a layout construction of your transportable home will begin on a fully engineered chassis designed for easy transportation and relocation if required. The external walls of the homes are covered in maintenance free vinyl weatherboard which has a 20 year manufacturers guarantee that is available in various colours and finishes. All the external walls and roofs are insulated to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.

Next is the flooring and fittings. When it comes to the flooring you can choose either wood-grain laminated floating floor boards or vinyl flooring for your home. The interior of your transportable is then fitted out with your choice of high quality wall covering from our range and premium kitchen fit-out, including stove, rangehood and instantaneous gas hot water service.

If you choose to have a porch on your home it is constructed using colorbond balustrades and posts guaranteed not to fade with no need to paint in the future.

Once your home passes our stringent quality inspection it is then ready to load up and ship out to the location of your choice and delivery is free within 100km of Melbourne. Once your home has arrived on site it will then be sited and levelled by our installation team.

T.P. Transportable Homes has another division,  Trusses Plus, manufacturers of Prefabricated Wall Frames, Posi Struts and Roof Trusses. Trusses Plus also provides TJI Joists, loose timber and house lot sales for our customer convenience.
